I thought I might raise this flop, but if I decided not to, to try and keep this pot small. Who folds the turn? Who raises the flop and folds to a re-raise or am I good here?

Your preflop raise was a little small.

I think you're good here on the flop almost everytime. I dont think UTG would lead into you with such a large bet with a flopped set. I'd probably raise the flop, and call a shove (provided he isn't a very passive player). Raising the flop may lose him, but you really dont want to see an A,K or J on turn.

What hand do you think he has that beats you?

i fold the turn. you see 33/44 always here. #2 did you notice villain limp/called preflop ? i never put a TAG on AJ there.
