Not seen villain doing something bad, but I have a feeling he is kind of fishy. What do you guys think of my play here? FWIW, I think I misplayed this hand somewhere.

I think we should raise the flop, with one high card on the flop he could just be making a move with medium pair. He may also be setting the price of his draw, which we don't want either.

I would raise to about 15 on flop, this should also gain a check on the turn if he has nothing but medium pair or a draw. If so I would fire another barrel.

AK is unlikely as no raise pf.

Standard. The only thing you could do different is raise the flop to like 15, but I don't mind calling.
