I'm not to sure about the villian's defending range, but that card isn't too threatening to your hand. Bet pot, get it in.

Yes, you need to get it in here. TPTK against half-stacks is the nuts and I rarely rarely fold it.

Bet full pot on the flop though. You're 3 handed. If someone will call $3, they'll call full pot. Oftentimes they chase for one bet but give up if they miss on the turn. Might as well get full value from the best hand before they fold there's on a blank turn.
