Villian is 70/30/3 over about 35 hands. He's been betting his draws hard and making large bets when he makes them.

What's your play here? How do you like the turn check OOP?

What do you interpret his flop call to mean: better hand or just a draw?

I would fold the turn after checking.

You should keep leading out so that you put the pressure on him. A bet and fold is much better if you face a reraise than a c/c. I interpret this as his normal aggression post flop, you are just letting him bet at you. Either way I call down here against a player like this is seems profitable in the long run.
