I suck at cash play, but I don't understand this at all. How is this ever a fold? You have TPTK on a flushless/straightless board in a blind battle with a villain who has only 60BB. Further, by checking the turn you've under-repped your hand. Unless you have a read that says that villain is a rock, I can't imagine you being behind the ~65% of the time you'd have to be to make this a fold.

Well cant really see him having a 6 unless he is known to make some preflop raises with weird quirky hands, but an all in like that really doesnt seem like he wants to get called and is there mostly to throw you off. He might have 99's or he might have AA. But it would be a reasonable call there if you know hes very loose and makes plays like that alot.

RR PF please!!!! Call the river as played villain could easily put you on a missed draw based on how weakly you played the hand PF and on the turn..

Could quite easily have been a missed draw. I don't see why he would raise the flop with any 6 other than pocket 6s.

I'd call here.

I don't know anything about him. All I know is that massive bets from unknowns tend to be the goods, until proven guilty. Also, I've been putting my stack in the middle with one pair way too often lately, so I could be a little scorned into making bad folds.

He really is in a great spot to bluff. The board pairs, the pot is big and you checked the turn.

Looking at the hand when I posted it, I felt that pushing the turn was probably the best play (as opposed to betting both the turn and river), given the stack sizes involved. I feel my top-pair game sucks.

I can't really see him calling that flop raise with a 6. I agree that your hand us underreped because of your turn check.

River is only just over a psb. Call.
