villain is 16/10/14 over 90 hands
i bet/called his raise on the turn b/c of the flush draw, and i checked the river intending to call a resonable bet.
help on all streets very appreciated.

ugly, I fold AQ/KQ more likely then QJ/QT

Hardly looks like he wants a call. You've showed zero strength in the hand. You need to win about 40% of the time to call. Straight and lower flush possible, plus Ax, lower pair, QJ, QT. I call.

the turn min-raise is kinda scary, especially coming from such an aggro villain, but this very well could be QJ/QT being upset at the 3rd spade and trying to get paid off by weaker Q's. That being said, the river is pretty ick, i probably make a crying call.
