These guys just instantly called my 4 bet reraise, on the flop get an overcard and an all in before me, a fold is ok here? I have no read on these guys..

Stack sizes? Play here really depends on how deep you are compared to UTG. But in general, I'd say a fold is fine.

Edit: Okay, since you fixed the post, I like shoving as much as folding.

If UTG wasn't behind I would call. With UTG behind I don't know what to do. It's so close you shouldn't sweat it either way. He does this with a flush draw, but he could also have a Q and he doesn't want an A or K over taking a free card. If it was heads up it would be more likely he would check/call with top pair all in so a push would mean a med pair or draw.

You should raise more preflop though to at least $10. Making it 4x the opening raise because you're outta position plus $2 for the overcaller. Had you done that then it's call. As is I don't know.

Yeah, I think you and UTG would have to be awful deep to consider calling. SB might be on a draw but I think you are well behind his range (AQ, KK, AA and FD). Which means you are calling hoping that UTG is gonna call (with essentially the same range as SB) and will pay you off well.
