No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
4 players
Converter (http://www.neildewhurst.com/hand-converter)

Stack sizes:
UTG: $34.05
Hero: $93.24
SB: $11.45
BB: $100.45

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is Button with A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $1</font>, SB folds, <font color="#cc0000">BB raises to $3</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $13</font>, BB calls.

Flop: 2/images/graemlins/club.gif Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif A/images/graemlins/spade.gif ($26.25, 2 players)
BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $17</font>, <font color="#cc0000">BB raises all-in $88.45</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero??</font>.

No reads on villain (I forgot to tell pokertracker to start logging hands) apart from we have been involved in a few hands in this session, nothing too heated. The min raise pre flop was a mistake, I thought I was on another table. He doesn't seem like a donk but isn't so tight either.

I think you're behind more often then not

This has to be AA or QQ all day. At best you are chopping. I would let it go.

I will often check that flop after 4-betting somebody pre-flop. You want to give JJ- a chance to take a stab at the pot on the turn.

pf I put a random (liberally) on AT+ TT+. Given flop action TT, JJ, KK don't do this, and AT, AJ don't either (maybe if the A wasn't a spade). I think this has to be AQ+, QQ, AA. Way behind his range. fold.

Raise to $2 PF. As played I just call the re-raise PF. On the flop you're behind to probably AQ or QQ. I don't think villain has AA here 95% of the time.

I had a similar hand last week

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($48.85)
CO ($43)
Button ($29.15)
SB ($76.05)
BB ($23.70)
Hero ($62)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A, K.
Hero raises to $2, MP calls $2, 1 fold, Button calls $2, SB raises to $7, BB calls $6.50, Hero calls $5, MP folds, Button calls $5.

Flop: ($30) J, A, Q (4 players)
SB bets $69.05 (All-In), BB folds, Hero ???

I think I would just call the 3-bet preflop. I think you're behind or tied on the flop, unless he has a strange KJs or something.
