Looks good to me.

Whether he called thinking you could be squeezing him or called for the implied odds of stacking your big pair then this line looks good.

I think he'll call with his moderate pocket pairs on the river so it looks like a good value bet.

I like the way you played this hand aswell, a lot of people like donking preflop raisers at the lower stakes and calling extracts the most value from them. You don't wanna raise, bloat the pot and then have a tough decision with queens. The valuebet is good, maybe make it slightly larger if you think he would call more with weaker hands.

I really want to check/call the river because a raise would make my head explode, but deep down I know value betting is probably best.
