I've been banned from playtech bonuses

I have hit up only 2 playtech stickys - casinoking and acropolis and after depositing at magicbox I was told I was blocked from receiving bonuses from playtech due to bonus abuse. I won on both acropolis and casinoking, it this why they have banned me. They told me to write to support for more info on the matter.
Can someone who has had similar problems please give me some advice on what to do next, or is playtech a lost cause for me?

Playtechs do share names of known "abusers". It's worthy to mentioned Brandy Casino, as there the bonus will be credited AFTER you have lost your first deposit. If you are on their shared list (you have no way of knowing if you are on it), you will never get the 100% "moneyback bonus".

Most of the Playtechs will ban you upfront if you are on their list. In Brandy's case it's afterwards - the reason why they IMHO shady.

Casinoking and Acropolis are part of the IOG group.
