No real player reads. Table in general is fairly loose (60% VPIP). I'm more of a limit SH player fairly new to NL, trying a more LAG style game hence the preflop limp. Is a call here standard?

Don't bet the flop. You have middle pair and a drawy flop just check it through. I call on the turn.

Preflop limp here isn't part of a LAG style. I would call the turn.

Not a huge fan of following a parade of limpers with K /images/graemlins/spade.gif7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif, especially in position...

Had the flush draw not been there, would this be a steal situation with that pot sized bet given the same action in this hand?

Not IMO. You limped behind for flush/2 pair value right? People love to slowplay, even on drawy baords. BB slowplayed here (I don't know if he had the best hand but from the betting he thought he did).
