that is not a ragged flop, and you arent AI on the flop. you bet 3 dollars into the flop. he either has a boat, set or two pair. you only beat 2 pair.

villain has a set very often in this spot.

the limp/call raise is very common for small pocket pair in early/mid position.

I fold. MP probably opens with JJ and TT, and I can't see 99-77 making this play. Looks like a set.
