On the flop, I would consider betting more, closer to a pot-size bet.

With the turn, I'd probably fire again as well, about a similar size bet.

On the river, I'm a fan of the blocking bet. The opponent is calling you with something on the flop and the turn. Ah4h is a definite possibility and a blocking bet will allow you to decide without forcing to go all-in.

Any reads? I probably c/c river. Depends on opponent though.

I much prefer this line on the river. Only hand that may call is AJ that you beat. If an agressive villian he will push many more hands that you do beat, but fold if you push.
