Why?...serious question both if we are to his left or to his right.

I get the impulse to leave here but this guy will be OOP to us and if he's making a play we are in a good spot to take advantage of future ones.

AKo: 0.428
QQ: 0.572

The pot will be $100 (he will call with his QQ and you have $50) so you need to put in $44 more. So that's .44 into the pot, which is too much - fold.
