Villain is 12/10/3+ after ONLY hands and is MP2, I am playing pretty aggressive and I'm in CO.

Stacks are $50.

NL50 9 handed

Hero has K/images/graemlins/spade.gif K/images/graemlins/club.gif

3 folds, Villain limps, I raise to $2.50, only Villain calls

Flop 8 /images/graemlins/spade.gif T /images/graemlins/spade.gif 3 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif ($5.75)

Villain checks, I bet $4, Villain raises to $10, I call

Turn 4 /images/graemlins/heart.gif ($25.75)

Villain bets $14, Hero ?

He can have TT, 88, 33, AA, QQ, JJ and possibly a FD here IMO. Can I continue, given my very limited stats that he is nitty?

How many hands are his stats over?

I think I'd fold this given read, you are only ahead of JJ/QQ. Does he limp those hands pre?

i would 3bet the flop. if he pushes u r beat and it only costs you $6 to find out

If he 3bets the flop, it will cost him more than $6.

But I, too, would 3bet the flop.

I'd fold this. The small size of his checkraise then his turn bet makes it seem like he wants to rope you in.

I think folding to a CR on this flop is way too tight... if u 3bet that will usually bring trappers out of hiding.. I often CR a PFR on a flop like this figuring the villian missed

I doubt JJ-AA is in his range. He probably limps pairs preflop and nothing else, but its hard to tell.

I might check flop for pot control and to induce bluffs from 99/88 and other unimproved pairs. As played I dunno how you can't go broke, even though your hand has the same value as JJ here.

3betting flop and folding is obviously super ugly. No idea why ppl like these lines.

It is almost certainly the result of mis-applying 2+2's "aggression at all costs" mantra.

No way.

I'm not folding this after only 40 hands - VPIP can def. fluctuate over that. It's clear he is aggressive post flop. I think you should shove flop.

PS whoever said checking flop - that's terrible, because if he has a draw, it's free.

Set mining nits, they're everywhere. limp/call limp/call... I hate these tools. I think he has a set. I don't see him limping w/ anything that hits 2 pair. I bet he had 33 or 88, or maybe he's a super nit who limps TT.

12/10 is not a set mining nit. That player is raising almost all of the hands he plays.
