All players seemed fishy and loose PF. Normally I raise every PP preflop, but not at this table OOP after 2 limpers. What should be my play now?

I raise PF just to build a pot. I push over the min-raise.

1) Why are we not raising pocket pairs? This is four-handed, raise them from any position, even if you are in the BB and it's a family pot.

2) Yes, the board is connected, but there are so many things here that are likely to raise it's not even funny (any pocket pair 55 and up, combo draws, 43, 42, or 32, and any set). Hero shoves all-in.

3) In the event that someone did flop a straight, going into the turn you have seven outs to a full house or quads. If you don't improve on the turn, you will have ten outs to those same hands on the river.
