Take my advice with a grain of salt but I think I would have bet the turn too and then if he had called check folded to a decent river bet. My impression is that this minraise PF can mean anything from a really good hand to a Ax.

Has he been calling flop bets lightly in the past? How much have you played agains him?

Edit: Ok, after reading the others responses I saw that my purposed line differed a bit from theirs. So you guys who know this stuff, how is mine? /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Turn check is ok, but after it gets checked through I would definetly v-bet river for 6ish.
