When/Who exactly gets these bonuses? Early december my friends all got 100$ bonus and i mailed support and got one too, but why exactly dont i get them in the first place?

For some weird reason I can no longer see the pop-up news/bonuses when logging-in. Is this reload bonus also visible under 'my account'>>>'new bonus offers'??

I got nothing at start of December - i emailed them and they wouldn't give me one either! Then less than a week later i heard about the BW reload and i did that.. All went through fine. Wierd - i don't recieve them otherwise unless for BW etc.
