Villian is 28/2/1.33. In one hand I played against him, I raised preflop and he called from the BB with JJ. He called my cbet on a flop of Q22 and we checked it down (he was good).

I check behind on the turn, because I don't want to call a big bet or an all-in by a tight player. I hope I can pick up a bluff/value bet on the river. If he bets small, I raise to about potsize. If he pushes, I hate my greed.

Turn might be prettier for villain;)

I'd check or make a small bet on turn.

I think itīs unlikely that the turn let him get ahead. As the turn is so scary betting it is likely to scare away too many hands that might pay off a river bet.

I'd bet turn. All Ax hands still call, flush draws may call, pair+gutshot draws may call. The board can only get worse for you on the river.

Just curious, what do you put villain on? He called 4xBB raise pf and c/c scary flop.
