Check raise him representing the flush, at best he has a ten for which you dominate him at worst he has a flush in which case im sure he will make it perfectly clear to you with another raise in which case you fold.

No offense, but that is just awful advice. A c/r makes everything you beat fold and all flushes will either call or push.

Just call the turn bet and see what happens on the river. I'd call any reasonable bet on a non-heart river though.

So you prefer giving a possible free card to sombody who holds maybe a ten of hearts? If you make it $1 on the turn you will have a MUCH better idea where the bettor stands on the river. Let's say the river isn't a heart and he bets $2, $3 or $4, are you calling? Does he have a flush? Do you have any possible way to know if he has a flush?
