You may be behind here, or way ahead of a bluff. Any King-Paint or Ax has you beat. However, he may have some other PP and be trying to bluff you out of the pot. Your flop is looking pretty good, however, as any other spade gives you the nuts. If your villan is prone to bluffing or attempting to steal pots, I'd suggest going for the resteal. Otherwise, you're getting in between 2:1 to 3:1 on your money, so I feel a call would be justified.

A gabmler? I'd try to get as much money in preflop as virtually possible. If he's a true gambler then 4-bet shove preflop. Otherwise I'd probably raise to 7-8 and get the rest in on the flop.

Do you fold nut flush draws on unpaired boards very often?

Hero is ~ 3:1 to hit an out on the turn. If he gets at least $5 more out of this "gambler", he can call the flop - even if he always folds the turn UI (which he won't alway have to do).

I would 4bet PF after the minraise. As played flop is an easy call.

Even if Villain's re-raising range preflop is just TT+, AQs+, KQs, and AKo, you're a favorite. Folding this flop is too weak-tight.

I'd either raise to ~8 and call a push, or call the flop and jam on the turn.
