Apologies in advance for maybe the dumbest post ever... but what is "sup bro"? I searched but couldn't find a definitive answer. Is this a phrase 2p2'ers use when they join a table online to identify themselves as 2p2? I've seen this at a few tables online but didn't make any connection until I saw references on posts here.

Thanks.

It's an utterance the compulsively silly use in their mistaken belief that, upon the mere mention of the words "two plus two" at the table, every donk in the game will rush off to the bookstore to buy the whole Sklanksy and Miller canon.

Sometimes I use, "Do you ever post at Two Plus Two?"

Yes, it was me. I'm the reason the games are tougher these days.

But this is not nearly as fun as looking forward to unique replies from creative brown trout or getting some obscure football reference.

FWIW, I don't think anyone is worried about having someone come to the forums but just that you'll either cause the casual player to tighten up or leave the table.

In all seriousness I don't do it much. I've even used "sup bro" a couple of times. I just think it's funny that people get worked up over it, as though 2+2 isn't a publicly available site. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
