Havent seen a reraise preflop near this big over about 500 hands.

I would personally call and look for a set, but I think folding the the best move to make without reads. Even with reads I don't see this happening often without at least KK.

Stack sizes? Unless you're really deep you may not be getting implied odds to call for set value, in which case I'd fold being at best a coin flip to AK but more likely a huge dog to a big pair.
