Has anyone noticed a rake change at full tilt poker? I thought the rake use to be 5% or .05 for every 1.00. Now it is .05 for every .50. Is this a change in policy or am I imagining it? If it is a change is there any other sites that have a lower rake? And what about all the new legislation, can I legally still deposit into a poker site or do I already have to have my money there?

You probably want the site software forum and the legistlation forum for this question!

From my data it looks like 5%, not 10%, as of today 2006-12-28.

$19.05 raked 95c.
$16.75 raked 80c.
$4.25 raked 20c.

Seeing as how they're a big recipient of traffic from Party et al shooting themselves in the foot, I can't say I would blame them.

I'm not sure if it has changed or not, but you can find out all you want here:

From what I have seen, $10NL looks like a 10% rake and $25 was a normal 5% rake.

UB hits $2nl hard also but then its only 5% at $10NL.

Must be something about jacking up the lowest of limits.

Oops, point taken. I was referring to 6-max NL50 specifically.
