Why c-bet the flop in Hand 3? He's not folding an ace, and hands we beat will fold.

I agree I think that a c-bet in hand 3 is a bad idea as well.

#3 is admittedly tough. But I Cbet because im OOP and if you check you have no idea where you are in the hand and are likely to make a bigger mistake on a later street, whether thats folding the best hand to a bluff or continuing on w the worst of it.
