Agreed. Reraise builds a big pot with a marginal hand out of position. Once he calls, his cards become somewhat irrelevant as he can bet out strong and leave you with a very tough decision on almost any normal hand in your range. Given the action, you need to fold. If you want to see that one to the end, I think a call, and a small block bet give you much more information, and keeps the pot manageable.
We are in position. And I agree with most that folding the river is good. The key point in the hand is the flop IMO.

Villain probably has QQ, KK a lot here. I fold river. I call a $9 bet though.

Preflop is so-so. Yes, it's a blind battle and you're in position, but KJo is still a [censored] hand.
I'd just call flop.
Preflop is definitely dependant upon image. If I have a tight image and he is aggressive I will play KJo possibly reraise with it.

I like the flop raise, maybe take it down right there, take the inititive, find out right away if he goes over the top. I would make it about 2.5x his bet so around $5 or so, this should do the trick and keep pot a bit smaller. A half sized pot bet on the turn as the last money to go into the pot is what I would do.
