Villain was 33/0/5.5 over ~40 hands, no specific reads. We both had ~25$ stacks.

I put villain on an overpair or set, most likely something in the 99-QQ range due to his pf behaviour, and his psb also looks like protecting an overpair.
Is my fold equity large enough to shove?

standard.

You're definitely behind 99, and this is a very likely hand. No one is folding a set of 9's here. However, you're probably a coin flip against villain's range. I don't mind the shove.

Your fold equity is large enough for sure and if he calls you are in good shape anywas assuming an overpair and not a set. I like it

If your overcards are outs I like it. If you think he has a set you're screwed. You probably have very little FE cause I doubt he's folding TT+ here.

I really don't mind shoving vs. TT+ here.

I think your a small favorite over QQ here, your in good shape agiainst anything but a set or AA KK I disagree that there is no FE (if they are 100BB stacks)this is c-bet alot of times with just overcards as well.

Overall push is goot.

This looks pretty standard. Against a range of 99+ you're pretty much a coinflip, and I think we can discount the higher end of that range (AA and KK) a little given his flat call of the PF 3-bet. If you can get him to fold hands like TT here, that's an added benefit.
