When he pushes big (he has me covered) , it looks like a draw to me. There was quite a lot of money in the pot preflop since my raise out of the blinds was called by 3 players (some maybe thinking squeeze but who knows with this bunch.)

I bet 12.50 into 14.00 pot on flop. So that's $26 in pot and I have to call $44 to win $44+26= 70. 70:46 or 3:2, or winning about 40% to break even.

I beat him into the pot here. A made hand is going to look for more value because it's clear you have a hand as well. The overbet is usually a bet that doesn't want to be called.

Am I wrong here?

I'm not folding here.

I personally would struggle to fold but if villain has tight stats I would consider it just because the board looks ideal for the kind of people who would call a raise pre flop. The could have Ahx, made straight, 2 pair, i would seriously think we have a high chance of being behind here and would think about folding. Obviously anyone with donkish stats its a snap call.

easy call, for those that think this bet has to be a semibluff, what does Hero's hand look like? at the very least TPTK. This means villain should know we arent folding. Playing 888 like this is fine. That doesnt mean we can fold against most opponents though.

A made hand like T8/QT/88/TT/QQ/J9s are all pushing this flop as well as flush draws.

If villian is aggressive, you're getting about 50/50 on your money here, and if villian is weak/tight, this is a pretty easy fold IMO.

He had T9h for a flush draw, a pair and a gutshot. Despite this monster draw, my KK was only a 43 - 57 dog, so calling was correct if I somehow saw his hand. Not sure if its correct given a pushing range from a sane micro player, which he was.
