i did this bonus and wagered well over 6k and now they say that I cant cashout as i have only wager 11 dollars and 53 cents. then they said that BJ does not count. this is what their website says

i have all screen shots and chat saved and they just say who cares u can not cashout until u wager 6k, but they will not tell me what counts or how they came up with my total bets equaling 11.53

keep sending them emails containing all the info proving them wrong. If that doesn't help after a while contact your affiliate(if you joined through one) and see what he can do for you.

I had similar fight with monaco gold casino a while back and it _only_ took 28 emails to get them to understand their own t&c

I had no problems with this casino, when I did it about 10 days ago. I did the 400% slots bonus. Cashed out 350 euro from a 100 euro deposit, fast withdrawal also.

yeah i will keep mailing them stuff from their website qand from emails they have sent me stating BJ is allowed. they tell me i have to play games that are allowed base don what they told me in the first email abotu my bonus and that it is up to me to know what games r allowed

If you're going to try a bonus here make sure you confirm with them via email exactly which you can do before depositing.

I signed up hoping to do the "50% Card Games" bonus listed on their promotions page. After signing up online help told me to email the Lobby Manager regarding the bonus, which I did specifically mentioning the 50% bonus. I got a form response telling me I was eligible for the %400 slots bonus. I replied, quoting the %50 Card Games details from their promotions page and was told 2 days later that I wasn't eligible for it per management decision. I decided to closed my account without depositing.
