Just wondering, do FPP earn rate increase dramatically at higher stakes? I've only played for about 4 days maybe 2 hours a day and I've got 2100 points already at bronze star and some at silver I guess. (NL100, started from scratch first time I really played at Stars besides tournies)

That question is probably covered in another thread ... but, I'll do my best to answer.

I know that there is a fairly large step up from NL50 to NL100. The stats I've seen quoted are that NL100 hands x 52% = expected number of VPPs. My stats show about NL50 hands, the expected number of VPPs is NL$50 hands x 28%. For NL25, it's only about 12%. I would expect that the rate increases a bit at NL200 ... but the blind stealing hands don't get added in until you reach NL400. (Not that I play there ... one of these days, maybe.)

For cash games, you get 1 VPP for every dollar of rake collected at a table at which you were dealt in. 5% rake max $3 means $1 = 1 VPP at a $20 pot, $2 = 2 VPP at a $40 pot, and max $3 = 3 VPP at a $60 pot.

Nearly every pot where a flop is seen at the 10-20 NLHE table gets the max 3 VPP per player.

Nearly every pot where a flop is seen at the NL 2-4 tables gets you at least 1 VPP.

PS For tourneys and sit and gos, you get 5 VPP for every dollar in rake you pay.
