This guy is a maniac post flop. Hes 45/0/9 over 30 hands. Not a big sample, but shows the picture.

I did not want to scare him off. He would bet either way. Was my push on the river correct or should I have chosen a smaller amount? What time model should I use? In this case I waited a very long time before calling his turn bet, and insta shoved on the river.

What's your image to him? I like betting the flop if he has no info on you and has a tendency to calldown.

I can't remember that table. Provided I was up, probably aggressive at that point. Normally I'm withing 15/10/2.5

I agree, espeically after seeing him bet the turn and river, you should've bet this flop. If you check the flop, you'll get an aggressive villain to bet every so often. But if you bet flop/turn/river, if he's calling that flop he'll probably go to showdown. And of course if he has a PP and he hits his "2-outer" he's giving you his stack on a silver platter.

bet the flop!

you'd normally bet as we raised preflop as a CB right - so BET THE FLOP WHEN YOU HIT A MONSTER.

*especially* if he's a maniac.(theres a very good chance he'll raise if you bet)

If you flop quads and are up against people who you are pretty sure will fold if you bet - then slowplay and milk what you can - if they'll probably call - bet the flop.

as played river push is goot.

whats the point of having quads on the flop and the pot being 1 dollar at the river? He's really dumb if he calls ur push.

Bet the flop, maybe check turn shove river if you think he will pay you off, but you have a hand you have to build the pot.
