Problem is villain seems to be betting/raising a lot, yet i don't know if i can challange him with this or need to wait for a really big hand ( is top pair on bioard + ace kicker a minimum?)

fold is good - if he does this with air you will probably get a better chance to get him than this.

I think there is a very good chance that he has you beat here.

Good fold, his range could easily include AQ, KQ etc.along with other hands that have you beat. Fold to the re-raise pre flop. Q9 is not typically a hand you want to be playing raised pots with.

Fold preflop the first time, definetly fold to the 3-bet. Flop, meh. I'd probably check behind on the flop, but as played it's an easy fold.
