I think this a nice flop to raise... Probably to around $12 or $14, depending on the effective stacksize.

You either take it down right away, or have a bunch of outs.

Intuitively I would say call with 12 outs, not sure the exact math but looks like a call to me

PF I think $2 is a bit small maybe, considering UTG limped and you would be happy to take it down now. $12 raise is ok on the flop, maybe could make it a bit bigger. You have the odds to call the all-in.
