why not just sit at a NL10$ table and fold all hands?

2400/0.4/10*0.15 = 90$

200$-90$ = 100$
Yup, folding at 10NL is +EV..

intertops also says that you cannot sit down and fold every hand otherwise you forfeit the bonus. I think this is fair enough.
