question re battlefield poker bonus!

does anybody know how this clears 4tabling the 50NL fr games there? it says you have to generate 3x the bonus in rake! how do you calculate how many hands you need to play to clear this? thanks in advance

It's rather large, 3k in rake would take quite a bit (contributed rake). I don't believe you can cash out at any time either until you clear the bonus.
