View Full Version : Anyone have a problem with Web Dollar cashout?

In the middle of Oct. my Players Club Casino acct was closed because of the new online gaming laws. They sent me an email saying that they were mailing a check for approx. $300.00. (the remainder of my funds in that account)
The check has never arrived. Ill admit I waited about 30 days before even saying anything (assuming it would take forever anyways) and Ive really only been on their ass about it for about 4 weeks but they keep saying that the check was sent out and that they need time to trace it before doing anything. Its extremely hard to contact them because their office opens at 7am in Sweden (1am in USA) Also I have yet to get a respone from the 6 emails I have sent.

Im going to wait a few hours and attempt to contact them again tonight. Has anyone else had a similar incident with them? Anyone know why they just didnt transfer it back to my Neteller account in the first place? Am I going to get boned here?

I guess I cant complain...over 80 poker and casino accounts and this is my only major cashout issue.

Any advice would be appreciated

Take a look on http://www.casinomeister.com/ to see if they have a rep you can send a PM too. It's usually a lot quicker than support....
