Anybody ever wonder where all this money is coming from? I have only invested $50 online and I have won ever since then. Are there people cashing their paycheck and sending it to their online casino, think anyone is going broke from playing online poker? Or is it just a flux of new players every day with new money? Just a thought.

I think there was a kid around where I live who robbed a bank because he went into debt playing online poker. But I think the majority of losing players only play casually maybe depositing $50-$100 at a time and sometimes playing for a good month or two before finally losing their final few dollars. that's quite a bargain if you ask me...they can win (or at least not lose all or their money) for a decent amount of time due to variance. It's not a matter of many people losing a lot of money (although some do), it's more a matter of a lot of people losing a little bit of money..a large percentage of which goes to rake /images/graemlins/mad.gif and a small percentage of which goes to 2+2ers /images/graemlins/wink.gif

This isn't a science question.
This isn't a math question.
This isn't a philosophy question.

A better question is who pays the rake. Remember, PP paid out only $35M to winning players last year, and took in over $400M in rake.
