You're getting 2:1 odds to call and you have a 33% chance of hitting quads or a full house by the river. Someone with seriously low aggression probably wouldn't bet on this board without the goods. Call and make a note.

You cannot fold at these prices and this level of play. I am not sure what level and stack depth would be necessary to even consider it but at this level you are ahead about 90% of the time and you have redraws even if not.
