Seems fine to me. You can wait to make this move on the turn but it is generally better on flop his bet is basically a check and you don't usually want to let him see the turn so cheaply. The board is pretty dry but has some draws and you want to charge them. You might get a little more by waiting on a villain who has nothing but you lose a lot more when you wait and the villain has a decent hand like AT, KT, AcKc etc.

If he doesn't call a PSB, he probably would not have called a 2/3 or 3/4 PSB either. You could try to make it look a little less intimidating, but the result's almost always the same: there wasn't any more money to be earned anyway.
