Tips from an idiot...

General: Use a hand converter!/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Preflop: This should be an easy fold. I wouldn't limp with Q9s, calling raises with it is a good way to lose a lot of money. This is especially true if you're going to be heads up at the flop.

Flop: Well, you've flopped two pair, a decent enoug hand, but its not that great and the board is very drawy. Any club, any J, any 8, any K (18 cards) and you won't be confident you're ahead. I'd go ahead and bet the pot here, ($4-$5 or so). As played, you've got to make your check raise stronger...he's not folding much of anything for another $3, and you should probably be happy to take this one down right here. I'd CR to about $10.

Turn: 2s doesn't scare you at all. If you led the flop then lead again here...3/4 of the pot or so. After your CR on the flop he's probably expecting a bet here. Again, your bet should be bigger (3/4 here as well)

River: I wouldn't check here absent a read or some prior history between myself and the villian that made me think he might make a good sized bet if I check to him. Some players will bet a busted draw here but a lot will just check behind you, although obviously a busted draw won't call whatever bet you make. He's come this far so just bet and hope he has something he can call with. As played, I'd make my CR a little smaller on the end since you're begging for a call. He can't be too strong here so unless he puts you on a bluff he's not calling your AI. Maybe just a min CR...he'll know he's beat but he'll probably call anyway (unless he's bluffing with a draw).
