Villain is 24/20/2.2 over 250 hands...pretty tight postflop. Lead flop? Turn?

The flop raise is fine, you could be good here but it's probably best just to end the hand. If you raise too small and get called we don't have enough info to play the rest of the hand effectively.

If villian's tight post flop, I'd get worried when your pot sized raise gets called, so yeah I'd be checking the turn. When he bets 1/2 pot I really think your only beating a bluff now, and I think a fold could be in order. Some good players might play AK like this occasionaly to protect their cbets - especially if he has you down as someone who tries to steal cbets with a raise on a ragged flop. All in all when you raised the flop and he called you got the onformation you were after - you are beat so c/f turn.

On another note I don't think raising to $4 pf is a bad move to make either. does 24/20/2.2 means he raises 20% of hands preflop (sorry I don't use a hud). If this is true he should fold to your flop raise most of the time, as he can only call / reraise with AA / KK and maybe QQ / AK so a raise is profitable ITLR.
