didnt want to give a free card to a draw on the turn so i bet. should i block the river? if i bet somethign like $10 i still think a lot of villains are capable of coming over the top with a busted draw. Is the river fold standard? or is this often a busted draw?

Raise more preflop. 4xBB. You don't want to encourage action with a holding like AJ oop, really.

AJ is a tricky hand to play oop if you hit "only" a pair. Because TP3K is a marginal holding oop, I wouldn't try to price him out on the turn but control the pot size, because in uNL people won't fold their draws anyway and therefore you are just creating a massive pot with only a weak holding.

Like you played, I'd fold against an unknown opponent. Going AI with a busted draw is quite exceptional and needs an aggressive opponent.

I'd make PSB's on the flop and turn. If he goes AI on the river despite calling your PSB's, I'd fold. My guess is
he had an 8 or is buying the pot.
