I like it. Villain is not loose enough to be likely to hold a hand that contains a 6 disregarding 66 and 65s, maybe. Because you hold the two Ts, it is unlikely that he holds a straight draw on the upper end. So you can give a free card and control the pot. Call the river bet.

I'd make this call.

I don't mind the check on the turn, the fact that he checked it might indicate he may have been trying to draw out.

$2.50 seems like a decent amount to call so I'd make it.
