Lead for closer to pot on the flop. I fold to his AI.

This looks too much like a set. I don't think less then QQ+ would be willing to move in here and with no reraise preflop, I don't see it. Fold to AI.

against an unknown I fold, against a maniac or habitual bluffer I may well call.

If you've both been at the table long enough to get to 200bb deep you should have some sort of read by now ???

I would never ever ever fold this. 88-KK is doing this all day. JJ-KK are not likely since he didnt re-raise PF, but unless this guy is super tight, you can not fold

I think I would fold to the 4-bet this deep.

it had to be 55-77 right, there is no way he would risk this much on a bluff for such a small pot, would he?

This doesn't make any sense. Did he double up on his first hand or something? If so, you should at least have gotten to see how fast he plays his big hands.

He probably just was multitabling and didn't pay attention. The result is the same.

I'd fold this without a read. It looks like he set a trap. If he is bluffing, it is exceptional and should be noted if he continues to play this aggressive.
