Both villains are very loose/aggressive

PF is good. You might take a shot on the flop. Meh, I guess checking is fine.

You might take a shot by leading out on the turn. You have a pair and a very good draw now. As played you definitely have to call.

On the river, UTG may think you just have UI overcards. You are beat by any 9 or 10, and the spade draw. I guess the call is marginal. What % of the time do you think you are good here?

Cbetting the flop was not a play I wanted to make. These two guys were very loose and aggressive. This guy had been bluffing every pot or two big. I guess Im good here about 50% of the time against this opponent.

Then why question your call? The whole point of this hand is figuring out what that % is, so I guess you got it.
Readless, I like how the hand is played except I would let go on the river.

I like preflop, and flop play. Turn is ok too, but I'm not really sure about the river call.

In that case, you played this fine. If you think you're good 50%, the river call is good.

Then don't raise 88 preflop from the BB.

I prefer a flop lead here. You are repping a premium hand raising from BB into 2 limpers. Especially since they are loose they could have any combo of overcards that did not hit this board, and folding to a raise is easy. I don't mind check fold either if that was your read.
