It looks like a busted flush draw, too. What's he value betting here that he plays like this? 4c5c and not much else.

it does look like a busted flush draw....he didnt raise raise a small bet by CO (which he likely would have with AJ, AA, KK, QQ to find out where he was) if he has a busted flush draw 30% or so you are even EV
