honestly I wouldn't, I would apply some pressure and see where he stand. He obviously has a ten here. Whatever his second card, we don't know. Maybe he has you beat with 2 pairs on the flop. If the ten didn't come on the river, how much action do you think you'll get though?

You like to see where he is at so you know how to bet for maximum profit. If he seems weak(you will know, you have position), you can always slow down and still manage. If he is strong, you can push harder and evenually stack him. You don't want to rely on more cards if you can help it. One less streak = less money in the pot.
