Villain is really bad 72/20 and I was patiently waiting to stack him...

(I bet slightly less than pot cause I was eager to stack him I guess....)
So I am tempted to call but is this river raise ever a bluff?

given your read, yeah this can be a bluff. He might have A5, who knows. I think this is a call though.

i think this is a fold. 72/20 who plays decidedly slow, then wakes up when the flush card hits - what else does he really have? Normally raises everything, but with a draw he fishily tries to play it cheap, then boom raises the river on the flush.

This is never a fold. If anything, this is very very close to a shove IMO. I think you see alot of 2p combos instead...If the river had been like the Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif instead, I'd probably be more inclined to shove (doesnt complete 87/etc). Anyway, I think that its a tossup between shoving and calling, never a fold.

Too bad you didn't cbet the flop because we really have no info about villains hand on the turn.

Wow...a shove really never ever crossed my mind...I think he is repping the flush pretty well here and nobody folds even the babiest of toddler-flushes to a shove here right?
I am questioning the blocker too. Would a ceck call have been better?

My reasoning behind the blocker was that he loved to overbet at random....

yeah, they never fold flushes. i just think that a 70/20's range is so wide here that he can have anything. i would definitely bet the river harder for value at least. c/c never given the action.

Without a cbet here on the flop I do not think you can tell what he has here. He thinks you are weak already because you check/bet/checked. This could be a bluff. As played, I call.

Just check call if you don't know what to do when he CRs you since this CR is very much expected. I HATE the flop check by the way. Makes this hand so hard to play and minimizes your ev. As played it's probably a fold.
