Bet more on the flop. I'd bet $2.5. Bet more on the turn with your made straight. The board pairing is very ugly indeed. You have 2 9s, so a split with another 9 or a better straight with Q9 is rather unlikely. But a set isn't far fetched. JT neither. You are basically hoping for an overpair or a T. I have a bad feeling about the call. You need to win this 37% of the time to be break even. It's very close. Since I would bet more on the earlier streets, it'd be a clearer call. As played, I'd fold. But it's close.

flop cbet is weak but not terrible. Turn I would definitly be betting $5 minimum, we have a straight lets get some money in there now. River i fold.
