Villain in the hand seems pretty loose. This is my first time playing with him but so far he has flat called a lot of raises with and without position. I have yet to see him 3-bet anyone, so he seems pretty loose passive.

You already have $22.75 or almost half of your stack in there. So you need to decide now if you want to play for your whole stack or not. I don't think this is a good spot. I'd fold.

I'd raise a little less before the flop, though. I don't want to see a flop with JJ oop in a huge pot where it is obvious that I will play for my whole stack.

Bet more like $6 preflop and you can fold it easier when he reraises you on this ugly flop.

Fold. I like your line. You're picking this up on the flop a lot, but here it looks like he has at least KK. I know what you're thinking, villain's line looks fishy, but just fold. This is hardly ever a draw/air. Watch him a little more carefully and make a note of anything like this in the future.
